Overview
Since their first house rolled off the factory floor in 1959, Nationwide Homes has built over 35,000 modular homes. They construct both standard customizable homes as well as fully custom projects. With their build area of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, they build in variable climates; they are comfortable building homes in almost any style.
What Makes Them Unique?
On some of their homes, Nationwide offers the option of “turnkey” modular home construction, meaning that they will deliver the home 100% completed, including interior finishing and design. This is usually good option for smaller modular homes as otherwise you will still need a general contractor to finish the “buttoning up” process.
