Sarah Kelly's love for turning something that most consider 'ugly' into beautiful is what started her career in flipping houses. Sarah's wonderfully handy Father started his home inspection company back in the late 70s, which meant Sarah grew up being able to spot the deterioration of asphalt shingles from a mile away (or at least from the front yard.) When the time came for Sarah to determine her career path, the choice was simple; She wanted to be involved in the housing market. While working part time with her Father, Sarah enrolled in a Real Estate Education program in Ohio, and thus began on her journey.

Hailing from Ohio (GO BOBCATS!) Sarah wanted to stay in the area to be near her family. However, a few years ago Sarah purchased a neglected home in Las Vegas, which she has since transformed into the perfect get away residence. Sarah loves traveling for home inspection conferences (http://www.inspectionworld.com/ is by far her favorite, not only for the knowledgeable information, but because it's in Vegas!) and tries to take a vacation at least once a year. Sarah has been to 4 of the 7 continents, which she finds so exciting!

Sarah loves going out with the girls, shopping (she can spend money better than anyone), and watching Romantic Comedies and Dramas. Her favorite movie will forever be 'Annie Hall'.

Sarah doesn't foresee herself ever retiring (although her husband says differently!) but if she does, she would love to build and design her own home in New England, perhaps on the coast of Maine. Who wouldn't want a life of beach fires, fresh seafood, and the sound of the ocean at your back door?
