Hi Danielle, First, go check out our Delaware page to find a builder in your area that can help you with your first home! I highly recommend reaching out to at least 3 builders to get a range of quotes. Then check out our database of modular home floor plans to see what sort of home you'd like. Keep in mind that most modular builders can build an altered version of a standard plan or even build a completely custom home. Finally if you have any specific questions about the process, feel free to ask them in the forum!
